1. Do the cakes need to be kept refrigerated?

If consumed within the day of purchase, our mini cakes generally do not require refrigeration. They should, however, be kept cool (preferably in an air-conditioned environment).

2. How long can the cakes keep?

We recommend that the cakes be consumed within 2 days. Refrigerate if they are kept beyond the day of purchase. Take them out of the refrigerator at least 15-30 minutes before consuming; the cakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.
